What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We only accept returns for the case of a pin that arrives badly damaged. Any damaged items will be refunded in full.  

We aren't able to replace your order as these are limited edition designs. However, you can also opt for a store credit that you can put towards another pin we release in the future (s&h included), if you'd prefer.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Unfortunately, not at this time, no.  As soon as we do, though, we'll be shouting it from the rooftops!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will start shipping by 11/17.  Within the US, shipping takes roughly 3 to 5 business days.
